He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Olson and Mabel Olson (Knowles); his son David Olson; his daughter-in-law Mary Jane Olson; and his siblings, Janet Olson and Roger Olson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Steven Olson, Michael Olson (Tosha Welch), Tamara Solberg and Alan Olson (Daniel Arrell); and his pet Ella. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
