She is survived by: her husband Carl Bates; her daughters, Toya Fish (Ryan) of Zimmerman, MN and Tracy Bell (Victor) of Anoka, MN; and her brothers, Gary, Ronnie and Greg. She is also survived by her grandchildren; and three brothers.
