He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Patchett and Wendell Patchett; and his sister Jane Hopper. He is survived by: his wife Char; his daughter Patti Siebrecht (Erik); his granddaughters, Megan Bittancourt (Jason) and Molly Honan; his great grandchildren, Janelle and Melanie Bittancourt; his stepchildren, Pat O'Connell (Jackie) and Ann Firkus; his stepgrandchildren, Ronan, Regan, Ryann O'Connell, Sierra and Charlene Firkus; his brother Tom Patchett (Carol); and his brother-in-law Gil Hopper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
