He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hodgson and Bessie Hodgson; and his siblings, Elizabeth Spitzer, Martha Smith-Harrison, Ester Parrill, Harry Hodgson and Vernon.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, David Main (Amy), Debra West (Steve) and Cathy Reither (Lowell); and his siblings, Conn Hodgson, Elta Watts, Roy Lee Hodgson and Thelma Twigg. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials to H.A.R.T. animal shelter in Brainerd are preferred.
