He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Keisacker and Juliana Keisacker (Anderson). He is survived by: his daughter Jeanne Seifert (Keith). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren; as well as several cousins and many dear friends.

“I was so sad to learn of Cecil's passing. He was one of my husbands favorite people to visit with after church, years ago in Devils Lake. He was such a nice man with so many interests; the kind of person you would always want for your neighbor. My heart goes out to you Donna, and your family. We are never ready to lose our loved ones, but God's timing is best, as I so often have told myself. Sending my love and prayers to you as you face difficult days ahead. Know you are loved ~ Audrey”
