He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Voecks and Evelyn Voecks (Nelson); and his brothers, Daryl and Kevin. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Voecks of Grand Forks, ND, Loren Voecks (Mary), Terry Voecks (Cheryl), Lorri Johnson (Dave) of Warroad, MN and Brian Voecks (Colette); and his sister-in-law Donna Besander (Jimmy) of Ishpeming, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
