He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Cheney and Jackie Cheney; and his grandchildren, Zackery Smith and Nolen Cheney. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Cheney (Williams); his daughters, Tammy Cheney Thomas Cheney Jr. (Don Brink) and Tanya Smith (Butch); his grandchildren, Cassy, Nettie, Robyn, Samantha, Debbie, Anthony, Alex, Kristin, Lexus, Lilly, Thomas III, Andrew and Jon; and his great grandchild Greyson. He is also survived by Siblings, many nieces & nephews, & friends.
