He is survived by: his former wife Bertha Magnuson; his close friend Loren Lien; his wife Janeva Erickson; his children, Debra Sindelir (Bill) of Rochester, MN, Mark Erickson (Teri) of Lakeville, MN, Diane Hayes (Don) of Roseau, Mike Erickson (Pat) of Pine City, MN and Susie Boeckmann (Jeff) of Deephaven, MN; his stepdaughters, Dawn Marie Wiseman of Kincardin, ON, Susan Taylor and Janette Gavel of Stratton, ON; his grandchildren, Evan, Melissa, Kelsey, Emily, Nathan, Nick, Beth, Lexi, Christine, Shelley, Jeff, Will, Michael, Dan and Rob; and his siblings, Arlys Lofstad, Patricia Alberg, Kathy McDonald, Carla Lindemoen, Pam Voytella, Barb Peterson, Mike Rugland, Richard Erickson and Paul Erickson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to the Baudette Veterans Ceremonial Squad.
