He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles, Carl, Eldon, Donald and Nellie of Edna, Juanita; his son Jamie Allen Aery; and his great-niece Brenna Aery.
He is survived by: his spouse LaRae Nichols; his son Joshua Aery (Tara) of Williams, MN; his siblings, Billy (Rebecca) of Baudette, MN and Margaret Turner (Rodney) of Wolverton, MN; and his granddaughters, Jourdan, Aspen, Ashton, Rian and Chevelle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
