He is survived by: his mother Dolores Duncan (Bjorklund); his wife Susan Anderson; his children, Amy Porter (Donny), Jesse Duncan (Amy), Christopher Walker (Theresa), Holly Tegels (Jason), Heidi Schultz (Drew) and Russell "Rusty" Duncan, Jr.; and his siblings, Kathy Lee "Katy", Douglas Duncan and Jeffrey Duncan (Laurie). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
