He is survived by: his children, Robert, Jr. Westgard (Michelle) of Blaine, MN and Jacqueline Prigge (James) of Buffalo, MN; his grandchildren, Brian, Cory Westgard, Jason Prigge (Brittany) and Jennifer Prigge; his great grandchildren, Austin James Prigge and Addison Prigge; and his siblings, Carolyn Fitzgerald (Bruce) of Woodbury, MN and Harold Westgard (Dee).
