She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Becky, Tim and France; her grandparents, Even, Bertina Leithe and Battle Lake; her husband Rev. Earl Vernon Peterson of Battle Lake, MN; her children, Rev. Rebecca Sullivan and Rev. Timothy Peterson (Donadee); her grandchildren, Nathan Peterson (Maria), John Peterson (Whitney), Elise Thibodeaux (Alvin), Matthew Sullivan and Daniel Sullivan (Annelisa Steeber); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua, Abram, Ava Lorraine and Ada Mae; her sister Ruth Swanson; her parents, Rev. Oscar and Myrtle Weltzin; her son-in-law Paul Sullivan; and her aunts, Evelyn Leithe and Mabel Berquist.

In lieu of flowers Memorials can be made to Mount Carmel Ministries, Alexandria, MN, First Lutheran Church or The Good Samaritan Society, both of Battle Lake, MN.
