Gast (Battle Lake, Minnesota), born in Breckenridge, Minnesota, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Gast (Schultz) and Theodore "Ted" Gast; his former wife Twyla Gast; his sister Linda Rheault; his granddaughter Faith Edlund; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Stella Willerton.
He is survived by: his former wife Twyla Willerton; his wife Janet Gast of Battle Lake, MN; his children, Jennifer Gast of North St, Casey Gast (Jennifer) of Farmington, MN and Tina Edlund (Shane) of Eagan, MN; his grandsons, William, August and Simon Edlund of Eagan, MN; his sister Lynette Buskirk (Chris) of Prescott, AZ; his brother-in-law Mike Rheault of Fergus Falls, MN; his stepchildren, Cendee Palmer (Todd), Kirk Arnold (Christy) and Josh Arnold (Margo); and his goddaughter Andrea Sonju. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
