She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomas Haukebo and Louise Haukebo (Larson); her husband Ivan Johnson of Fergus Falls; her daughters, Louise Couillard (Terry) and Linda Johnson; her great grandchild Bridget Louise Madsen; and her siblings, Signe Jorgensen (Mike), Arnie (Hilma), Ellis, Clarence, Walter (Doris), Tom (Tyne), Herb (Olive) and Rudy.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Johnson (Judi) of Campbellsport, WI and LaVon Madsen; and her grandchildren, Jamie Johnson, Jeremie Johnson, Crystal, Jasson Johnson (Amy), Dane Madsen (Cathy Ann), Kirk Madsen (Kathleen) and Naomi Zweig (Doug). She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Ellen would like donations to Rindal Cemetery in Underwood and Battle Lake First Responders.
