He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Glick and Esther Glick (Pifer); his daughter Amy Tewes; and his sister Dorothy Anderson (Ralph). He is survived by: his wife Lynda (Knutson-Tewes); his children, Lynn Wolden (Steve), Dr. John Glick (Grace), Laurie Stenke (Rod), Matthew Tewes (Rossana) and Paul Tewes (Jasmine); and his grandchildren, Jesse Stenke (Melissa), Morgan, Nolan, Hadley, Courtney Nelson (David), Ian, Alayna, Noah, Levi and Jonah Glick. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, Dallas' family would ask for your support of the First Lutheran church of Battle Lake and the Good Samaritan nursing home of Battle Lake where he received excellent care in the last few years of his life.
