He is survived by: his children, Mary Levendelys, Gregory Hustad, Brian Hustad (Beth), Jean Hustad and Jacqueline Hustad; his grandchildren, Bradley, Alexia, Hannah and Ellie; and his brother Roger Hustad. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
