With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Montonye of Barrett, Minnesota, born in Morris, Minnesota, who passed away on February 23, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Montonye and Mary Ellen Montonye (Murphy); his brother William Montonye; his parents-in-law, John and Clara Honzo; and his brother-in-law John Honzo.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Kenneth Montonye (Kayla) and Jennifer Montonye; his grandchildren, Daxon, Ava and Eli; his sisters, Paulette Solvie (Jere) and Margaret Fuchs (Bob); his sisters-in-law, Roxanne Lokkesmoe and Gay Montonye; and his retriever Nellie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
