He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Jessie Gilchrist (Joe Glenn), Cristi Swearingen, Brandee Cummins, Tausha Haley, Angela Soukkala (Todd), Jennifer Oachs (Jay), Rob Cummins (Jodi), Mark Ostoff (Shannon), Mike Ostoff (Carol), Todd Ostoff and Brian Bartz (Jill); and his brother Johnny Cummins. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren.
