It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Jon Finifrock of Barnum, Minnesota, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Percy, Sue, Ruth Finifrock, Tilmar, Verna Olson, John, Veronica Janzen, Don and Ferne Dumke; his aunt Joye Schneider; his uncles, Dick Getsinger, Dick Long, Bob Gilgenbach and Keith Hughes; and his cousins, Michael, Tanya Getsinger, Crystal DeLaney, Peter Cashmen, Jenny Beumer and Nicholas Janzen.
He is survived by: his parents, Jon Finifrock and Ann Finifrock; his brother Nathan; his grandparents, Willis, Kay Finifrock of Barnum, Carroll and Joy Janzen of Aitkin; his uncles, Mark Finifrock (Lori) of Foristell, MO and Joel Finifrock (Katy) of Barnum; his aunt Christine Midthun (Jon) of Sauk Rapids, MN; his cousins, Nicole, Monte, Hannah Finifrock, Trent, Brady and Isaac Midthun; and his godparents, David and Julie Duesler. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
Nicholas attended Barnum another year to take part in the work experience Covid wouldn't allow him to do.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
