He is survived by: his son Leif; his mother Barnum; his wife Michelle Evans; his sons, Dylan (Amber) and Lewis (Jasmine); his father Dave; and his siblings, Dawn Eggen-Mona, Bryn Fadum, Starr Lim (Albert), Gay Eggen and Erik Eggen (Deb). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
