She was predeceased by: her parents, George DeCaigny and June Galatz; her stepfather Nick Galatz; and her siblings, Linda, Julie, Larry and Greg.
She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Jefferey Adkins (Heather) and John Adkins (Tara); her grandchildren, Danielle, Dillon, Haley and Amelia; her sister Cindy Ketola (Jon); and her siblings-in-law, Steve Tierney (Joyce), Donald Adkins (Elaine) and Susie Pylka (Bruce).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Special Olympics, an organization Janet felt strongly about, or a donation to your favorite charity in Janet's name.
