He is survived by: his wife Josephine Wojtysiak of Joseph's Catholic Church; his sons, Daniel Jurek (Amber) and David Jurek (Sarah); his grandchildren, Kendra, Janaya, Daniel, Walter and Krystyne; and his siblings, Elsie Field, Betty Herzog (Denny), Irene Herzog (Roger) and Michael Jurek (Sue). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
