It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Ruth Gamache of Barnesville, Minnesota, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Stone and Ruth Place; her son Stuart Higginbotham; her husband Arthur Gamache; her former husband Robert Higginbotham; and her sister Peggy June Tabb.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis Higginbotham (Anita Syring) of Wahpeton, ND, Barry Higginbotham (Jackie) of Ft Pierre, SD and Pamela Higginbotham (Lentz) of Pelican Rapids, MN; her grandchildren, Kevin Higginbotham, Tammy Higginbotham, Mathew Higginbotham, Ashley Higginbotham, Courtney John (Tanner John) and Kaitlyn Lentz (Connor John); her brother Glen Stone of Oronogo, MO; and her great grandchild Decker John. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking to honor Betty through donations to the Barnesville MN Area Helpers Home - Barnesville Helpers or Hope Lutheran Church in Fargo.
