It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian I. Hilgers of Barnesville, Minnesota, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulda Goranson and Emil Goranson; her husband Wally; her son Curtis; and her siblings, Agnes, Ellen and Alf.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Gerri) of Roseville, MN, James (Linda) of Lake Mary, FL, Steven (Sharon) of Fargo, ND, John (Carol) of Burnsville, MN, Gary (Terri) of Annandale, MN, Jane and Julie of Frazee, MN; her daughter-in-law Loree Hilgers of Woodbury, MN; her grandchildren, DeAnne Hilgers (Chris Sprung), Kathi Carver (Kevin), Ben Hilgers (Desiree), Leslie Hilgers, Patrick Hilgers (Shelly), John Riddle (Lisa), Sarah Greterman (Aaron), Natalie Hilgers (Mark Pilch), Andrea Corcoran (Jess), Travis Hilgers (Natalie), Tyler Hilgers (Emily), Alyssa Kark (Andrea), Nathan Kark, Melissa Hickman (John), Ryan Hilgers (Missy), Bria Gustafson (Lee), Heather Hilgers and Justin Hanefeld; her sister Lenora Holmgren; and her sister-in-law Beverly Bales of Alexandria, MN.. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; and many relatives and friends.
