She was predeceased by: her daughter Lori Kjelland (Nichols); and the parents of child, Ella C. Edlund (Hoime) and Donald Edlund. She is survived by: her husband Robert Ernst; her sons, Jamie Nichols of Lake City and Shaun Ernst (Dusty) of Moorhead, MN; her stepsons, Kevin Ernst (Vicki) of West Fargo and Jason Ernst (Angie) of Barnesville; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Ernst (Simone), Breandan Ernst (Katie), Alyssa Ernst, Austen Ernst, Vanessa Nichols, Jaxon Ernst, Drew Ernst and Jakob Ernst; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Ray, Braxton, Grayson, Adalie and Aiden; and her siblings, Dale Edlund, Elaine Fossen, Mavis Fjeld, Larry Amundson and Lynn Amundson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dobmeier Funeral & Cremation Service (202 Front St N, Barnesville, MN 56514). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wolverton Cemetery.
