She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Yoder and Pauline Yoder; and her sister Sandra Brownell. She is survived by: her husband Burton Swenson; her children, Sheryl Bernier (Spencer), Karen Batton (Justin), David Downing, Paul Downing and Ryan Downing; her grandchildren, Tony Christopherson (Aaron), Jay Blilie, Kyle Bernier (Read), Mitchell Bernier, Amber Colby (Aaron), Karissa Snider (Ryan) and Mason Downing; her great grandchildren, Adlie Blilie, Henry Colby and Lonnie Colby; her sister Tami Wells-Schenkeir (Lee); and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Swenson, Joan Swenson and Patty Swenson. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Our Saviors Lutheran Church (302 3rd St NE, Barnesville, MN 56514). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
