He was predeceased by: his parents, Elda Griensewic (Geske) and Charles J. Griensewic; his siblings, Byron, Vera Murray and Louise Schurle; and his brother-in-law Leroy Chesley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Chesley, Max Griensewic (Virjean), Lenore Caldwell (Lad) and Jane Sovell (Ken); his nieces, Emily, Ashley and Natalie Sovell; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Schurle and Garvin Murray. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to help with funeral expenses.
