He was predeceased by: his brothers, Arlon and Walton (Jean); his daughter Julie Borders; and his granddaughter Raina Evans. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Francis of Garrison, MN, Jennifer Miller of Franklin, TN and John Evans of Silver Spring, MD; and his siblings, Madreen Evans of Minneapolis, MN and Bruce Evans of Bagley. He is also survived by many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
