He is survived by: his brothers, Leonard (Bagley) of Hunt's Nursery, Jack and Harvey; his children, Winnie (Marilyn), Winfred, Jr., Cecilia Arneson (Tim) of Shevlin and Ellen Doty (Craig) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Stephanie Ramsrud (Bryan), Winfred Stinar III (Roxie) and Peter Stinar (Nikki); and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Mederson, Weston Arneson, Wyatt Arneson (Melissa) and Lacey Noska (Jared). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 3 great- great grandchildren.
The family prefers memorials be made out to Grace Free Lutheran Church in Bagley.
