He is survived by: his parents, Lester Dukek and Freda Dukek (Beaver); his wife Shirley Dukek of Bagley, MN; his children, Jim Dukek (Karen) of Clearbrook, MN and Debbie Parson (Jeff) of Andover; his brothers, Ronald Dukek (Dolores) of Paxton and Roger Dukek; his grandson Hunter Eck; and also Roberta Adams (Dale) of Bagley, MN.
