He is survived by: his parents, Norvin Sr. and Frances Cloud, Sr.; his grandparents, Henry Cloud, Maggie Cloud and Alex Whitefeather; his uncles, Bob Whitefeather and Lynas Cloud; his stepsons, Justin Washington and David Washington; his brothers, Norvin Cloud, Jr. (Kerry) of California and Alexander Cloud (Jennifer) of Bagley; his grandson Anthony Washington; his nephew Andrew Cloud; his uncle Monte; his mother-in-law Nancy Washington; and also, Delores, Diane and Barb.
