She is survived by: her parents, Elbert Smith and Mabel Smith (Halvorson); her husband Gustav "Sonny" Berentsen of Bagley; her sister Geraldine Young of Bemidji; her siblings-in-law, Margaret Schultz of Bagley, Olaf Berentsen of Snohomish, Violet Berentsen of Bremerton and Teresa Berentsen of Eveleth; her husband Richard Ward; her daughter Dorinda Ward; her brother Milo Smith; and also, Minnesota Aunt and Clara Young of Bagley. She is also survived by nephews and cousins She was preceded in death by her parents.
