She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Fultz, Curt Fultz, Dean Fultz, Jeff Fultz and Jason Fultz; her sister Laurel Rager (John) of Midland, Ohio; and her nephews, Jon Dixon and Joe Dixon. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
