He is survived by: his daughter Tammy; his stepdaughter Angela; his granddaughter Bobbie Jo; his great grandchildren, Xavier, Haley Jo and Trenton; his stepsons, Lance Hansen (Robin) and Leslie 'Whitey' Hansen (Amy); his stepgrandchildren, Amber, Emily, Erin, Tasha, Tiffany, Erika and Macy; his stepgreat-grandson Rhett; his siblings, Jim, David, Donny and Dee Dee; and his half-sisters, Bonnie and Patty. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
