With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frankie Johnnie Benesh of Bagley, Minnesota, born in Shevlin, Minnesota, who passed away on November 13, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Benesh and Annie Benesh; his siblings, Freddie, Hank, Eddie, Wencil, John, Bennie and Mary Netland (Oscar); his sister-in-law Karen Fultz (Milo); and his great grandchild Isabella Sophia Kemper.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen of Bagley, MN; his daughter Lori Johnson of Fargo, ND; his granddaughter Sarah (Johnathan); his great grandchild Cullen; his son Leslie Benesh (Becky) of Shelbyville, IN; his grandchildren, Uriah, Brooke (Matt) and Brandon; his great grandchild Andrew; his children, Lane Benesh (Kathy) of St. Cloud, MN and Lana Jacobson (Darwin) of Grand Rapids, MN; his siblings, Lil Sauer of Bagley, MN, Betty Johnson (Duane) of Clearbrook, MN, Henrietta Erickson of Brainerd, MN, Shirley Klongerbo of Titusville, FL and David Benesh (Sherry) of Portland, OR; and his siblings-in-law, Don Friborg (Deb) of Bagley, MN, Ken Friborg (Dianna) of Bagley, MN and Lorraine Benesh of Alexandria, MN. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of life service will be held for Frankie in the Spring or Summer of 2021 under the direction of Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley, MN.
