He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gubrud and Christine Gubrud; his brother Art Gubrud; and his siblings-in-law, Henry Lay, Alma Burr and Alton Burr.
He is survived by: his wife Aris; his brother Arnold Gubrud (Shirley); his nephew Kenny Gubrud; his sister-in-law Marian Lay; his niece Carolyn Adamson (Joel); and also, Heidi Barton (Chris), Sam, Seth, Katie Barton, Matt (Amy), Chaz, Evie, Lucy, Max Adamson, Amanda, Steven and Beth Olson (Bryant).
