It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin A. Knutson (Bagley, Minnesota), born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Obin Knutson and Mabel Knutson; his stepfather Ervin Kliner; his former wife Florine Smith; his brother Milton (Delores Knutson); and his brothers-in-law, Vince Steffen, Jesse Laing, Alex Kossick and Steve Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Anderson (Kevin) of Fargo, ND, Linda Knutson Notti of Austin, TX, Karin Knutson Halverson (Chris Evans) of Minnesota and Amy Knutson of Minnesota; his siblings, Marilyn Steffen of New Mexico, Elaine Laing of Texas, Clayton Knutson of Minnesota and Connie Kossick of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Kasey (Lisa), Mandy (Gina Cusano), Meghan Anderson, Brody (Mia), Bailey Halverson (Daniel Aranda), Nicolette and Isabella Notti; and his great grandchildren, Parker, John, Brylee, Knox and Runi.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Lake Park American Legion Build Back Better Fund.
