He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Dukek and Edna Dukek (Erickson); his nephews, Devon Hagen and Logan Dukek; and his sister-in-law Sharon Dukek.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard "Dick" Dukek (Rose), Larry Dukek (Judy), Phyllis Bromaghin (Dennis), Kathy Maki (Jon) and Randy Dukek (Lori); his aunt Irene Green of McIntosh, MN; and his uncle Benny Erickson (Aileen) of Clearbrook, MN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
