He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tobkin and Dorothy Tobkin (Rohr). He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Jean (Leona "Lee" Mary Reinert) and Nicholas (Jack Gerbracht); his wife Lee; and his children, Denise Roy (Brian), Sara Fitch (Eric), Paul Tobkin (Carrie), Amy Tobkin (Chris) and Beth Merschman (Tony). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
