He is survived by: his wife Verna; his children, Karen Melby-Badger (Loren), Bev Monsrud-Monticello, Allan Monsrud-Badger (Pam) and Merlyn Monsrud (Laura); his grandchildren, Shanon Monsrud-Badger (Angie), Garett Monsrud-Badger (Barb), Jamie Melby-Anoka (Nicki), Gabe Melby-Belle (Katie), Brandon Worel-Monticello, Andy Worel-Monticello, Jillian DePriest-Jacksonville (Skylar) and Meghan Monsrud; his great grandchildren, Olivia Broten (Nate), Bella Monsrud, Eli, Ezra, Russell, Madison, Justin, Lilli, Sylas, Mackenzie, Myles, Logan and Alexander; and his great great grandchildren, Beau, Sophie and Elijah.
