He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy G. Otto and Dorothy Otto (Graham); his wife Sandy; his siblings, Leroy, Walter, Elsie and John; his siblings-in-law, George Rundle, Larry Metsala, Leona Otto (Osse) and Marlene Thern (Hinshaw); his daughter-in-law Kathleen Otto (Foizie); and his grandson Sean Otto.
He is survived by: his sons, Stacy and Todd (Eunice); his grandchildren, Todd II, Jordan and Tiffany; his son Bert (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jacob and Kayla; and his siblings, Earl, Ella, Arthur, Dorothy and Delores.
