We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2021, at the age of 85, Rudy Salie (Backus, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rudolph Salie and Ollie Salie; his sisters, Salie Store and Boat Rental; his wife Grace; his daughters, Kristin Downie (DJ) and Jen Howard (Patrick); his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Dan), Luke (Taina), Anna (Colten), Isaiah, Jonathan, Cody, Beau, Journee (Shea) and Champ; and his sisters, JoAnn O'Beirn (Don) and Judy Rue. He was also cherished by children; along with many other relatives and friends.
