He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Hansen and Margaret Hansen (Olson); his grandson Tabor Allen Hansen; and his siblings, Betty Geihl, Beverly Kompelien, Robert "Bob", Dean and Jimmie "Jim".
He is survived by: his wife Gail (Chance); his children, Kim Hummel (Terry), Donald Larry Hansen and Susan Dahl (Shayne); his siblings, Judy Peterson and Jerry Hansen (Rose); and his sister-in-law Margaret "Marge" Hansen (Downing). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
