She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Knowles and Helen Knowles (Chase); her husband Orie Sexton; her son Gary Sexton; her siblings, Ralph, Harold, Robert, Duane, Betty and Patricia; and her children-in-law, Duane Valek, Nancy Sexton and Patty Sexton.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Sexton (Jenny), Jean Valek, Ron Sexton (Nora), Gerald Sexton, Jack Sexton, Bonnie Eastvold, John Sexton and Bill Sexton (Gwyn); and her sister Katherine. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mildred Bible Chapel (3466 14th St SW, Backus, MN 56435). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
