He was predeceased by: his brother Eino; and his half-sister Aili Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Don of Hibbing and Evelyn Weston (Steve) of Babbitt; his grandsons, Sam, Ben and Jon; his nieces, Gail Panula of Tulsa and Judy Hines (Dick) of Hanson, MA; his cousin Eva Kallio of Ohio; and his brother-in-law Martin Brock (Arlyn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
