He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lepisto; his daughters, Cindy Perrault (Gerald), Bonnie Mackie (Russell Critchell), Lynn Carter and Shannon Mackie; his grandchildren, Jessica Thom, Angela Olson, Nicholas Thom and Austin Carter; his great grandchild Roxanne Roberts; and his great great grandchild Alexavier Morales.
