He was predeceased by: his father Darryl Horn; his grandmother Bernice Horn; and his aunt Cindy Horn. He is survived by: his mother Kelly Laugen (Laugen) of Biwabik; his significant other Samantha Orcutt of Babbitt; his children, Izzik, Maci and Paisley; his brother Trenton "TJ" Horn of Eveleth; and his grandparents, Diane, Russell "Joe" Laugen of Aurora and Solomon Horn of Owosso, MI. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
