It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael S. Chisarik of Avon, Minnesota, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Michael Chisarik, Catherine "Kate" Kasper Chasarik, Slovakia, Martin Kubik and Anna Leskovsk Kubik; and his sister Irene Hultman.
