He was predeceased by: his parents, George Court and Christine Court (Reischl); and his siblings, Leonard Court, Irene Maruska, Lorraine Janssen, Rosanne Stockinger, LaVerne Schmitt, Katherine Worm and Adeline Hartung.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Court (Merdan); his children, Gordon Court (Terri) of Fargo, Michelle Nistler (Peter) of Watkins, Paul Court (Jana) of Cold Spring, Patrick Court (Sharyl) of Cologne, Christine Jackson (David) of St. Paul and John Court (Jane) of Avon; his grandchildren, Becky Berg, Ben Court, Josh Court, Sam Court, Max Court, Miles Jackson and Nicole Nefstead; his great grandchild McKinley Berg; and his siblings, Francis Court (Marilyn), Elizabeth Eiynck (Ralph), Arlene Gill (Mike) and Arnold Court. He is also survived by twelve children.
