She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Woitalla and Bernice Woitalla (Kozulla); her husband Alois Panek; her daughter-in-law Mary Rose Panek; and her brothers-in-law, Lee Larkey and Alois Kociemba.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Auer (David) of St. Anna, Carol Pannek of St. Anna, Yvonne Panek of St. Anna and Ken Panek of Avon; her grandchildren, Ervin, Annette, Greg, Marilyn, Stephen and Gary; and her sisters, Bernadette Larkey of St. Anna and Hilda Kociemba of St. Anna. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two step grandchildren.
